Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and immaculate rooms, beautifully decorated, but slightly compact. The service is attentive and polite, with a keen interest in guest satisfaction. The location is perfect, quiet, and dog-friendly, making it a brilliant addition to any trip. The dining experience offers a wide choice of dishes but can be disrupted by noise. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent standards of cleanliness and friendly staff.
I absolutely loved that this hotel was obviously a converted outbuilding, and having its own ground floor entrance was a fantastic bonus as we traveled with our dog. The rooms were incredibly clean, felt brand new, superbly decorated, and extremely cozy. The service was absolutely fantastic, especially during dinner and breakfast. The location, in a pretty and quiet setting, was a major plus, and it was wonderful to sit and enjoy the Chelsea Flower garden. The dining experience offered a good choice of menu options, and the continental buffet was excellent. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were comfortable and had good facilities like a great bath and power shower. The breakfast was well presented and filling, although the host seemed a bit off. The decor was modern and cozy, making it a pleasant stay.
